Scrolling capture scrolls the page itself and stitches one tall image.
macOS screenshot and annotation app
CropMark
A fast macOS menu bar screenshot tool that sits on the status bar for capturing, annotating and sharing in seconds.
Overview
What CropMark is and why it exists.
Cropmark lives in the macOS menu bar and captures an area, a window, the full screen, a whole scrolling page, or just the text on screen. Each capture opens in a focused editor with arrows, shapes, highlights, step numbers, blur and measuring tools, ready to copy, save, pin or drag straight into another app.
Highlights
Why people love CropMark.
Arrows in four styles with adjustable head size and curve.
Copy the text from any part of the screen without retyping it.
Pin a screenshot to float above other windows for reference.
Compact editor with options tucked into popovers until needed.
The story
From problem to product.
The problem
The built-in macOS screenshot tools capture well but stop there. Marking up an image, capturing a long page or copying text out of a screenshot means switching between several apps, which slows down everyday explanations and bug reports.
The approach
Cropmark combines capture, annotation and sharing in one lightweight menu bar app. Global shortcuts start any capture mode, scrolling capture scrolls the page and stitches it automatically, and the editor keeps the most-used tools one key away.
