Queueoke turns any TV or projector into a karaoke stage. The host starts a party and puts the display on the big screen; guests scan the party QR code, search any karaoke track on YouTube, and join the lineup from their own phones. The display plays every song back to back and shows who is up next, so nobody has to pass around a laptop or a songbook.

The problem
Karaoke at home or at small events usually means one person hunting for songs on a laptop, a scribbled list of who sings next, and long gaps between singers. Dedicated karaoke systems and songbooks are expensive, limited and awkward for guests to use.
The approach
A shared, first-come-first-served queue that guests control from their own phones. Scanning a QR code or typing a short party code is all it takes to join: no app to install, no account, just a name. Songs come from YouTube's huge karaoke catalogue, and the big-screen display plays them back to back while showing who is up next.
