Blockfit Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-15
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you play Blockfit on iPhone or Android, and when you use the Blockfit pages on this website.
2. The Short Version
- Blockfit has no accounts. It never asks for your name, email address or phone number.
- The game is free and supported by ads. Google's advertising and analytics services collect device and usage data to show and measure ads and to help fix crashes.
- In the EU, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and on iPhone you are asked before any tracking. You can change your choice at any time.
- Your scores, coins, themes and settings stay on your device.
3. What Stays on Your Device
Your best score, coins, unlocked themes, a game in progress, and settings (sound and vibration) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.
4. Services That Collect Data
- Google AdMob (advertising): the advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model and operating system, language, app version, and how you interact with ads. Used to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, prevent fraud and, only with your consent where required, personalise them.
- Google Firebase Analytics: gameplay events (for example games started and finished, scores, ads watched), an app instance identifier, device model, operating system and approximate location derived from your IP address. Used to understand how the game is played and improve it.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports describing the state of the app and device when it crashed, with an installation identifier. Used to find and fix bugs.
- Apple Game Center and Google Play Games: if you are signed in, your player ID, display name and the scores you submit. Used for leaderboards.
- App Store and Google Play billing: purchases such as Remove Ads are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made, never your payment details.
Each service handles data under its own privacy policy: how Google uses information from apps that use its services, Firebase privacy and Apple privacy. We only receive aggregated or pseudonymous reports from them.
5. Your Choices
- EU, UK and Switzerland: on first launch the game shows a consent form before personalised ads are used. Change your choice at any time in the game under Settings, Privacy options. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
- iPhone: the game asks for permission before it can use your advertising identifier. You can change this in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings, under Ads.
- US state privacy laws (for example California): you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through the in-game privacy options where shown, or by turning off ad personalisation on your device.
- Remove Ads: buying it turns off banner ads and ads between games. Optional reward videos remain available.
6. Children
Blockfit is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days, after which Google deletes them. Advertising data is kept according to Google's policies. Support requests sent through this website are kept as long as needed to handle them.
8. Data Security
Data sent by the game to these services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No internet transmission can be guaranteed as fully secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not hold directly identifying information, the quickest route is usually the controls above. You can also contact us and we will help, including passing your request to the relevant service provider. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
