Hueful Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Hueful app for iPhone, and the Hueful project and support pages on this website.

2. The App Collects No Personal Data

Hueful has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information.

3. What Stays on Your Device

• Your content: favorite palettes, palettes you create, saved designs and settings are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.
• Photos and camera: when you add a photo to a design or create a palette from a photo, Hueful reads that photo on your device. Photos are never uploaded.
• Photo library: Hueful only asks to add images to your photo library when you choose to save a design there.

4. Sample Photos

To show sample designs, the app downloads stock photos from picsum.photos (Lorem Picsum, which serves images from Unsplash). Like any website, that service receives standard technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the images. Hueful sends no personal information with these requests.

5. Support Requests

If you contact us through the support page, we receive the name, email, subject and message you submit, plus standard technical data such as IP address and user agent for security. We use this only to answer your request and keep it as long as needed to handle it.

6. Children

Hueful is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
