  • To improve RentWell reliability, usability, and service quality.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with the landlord or tenant connected to the same rental relationship, with trusted service providers that support hosting, storage, notifications, email, purchases, and security, or when required for legal compliance and protection of the service.

5. Data Retention

RentWell keeps account, property, tenancy, payment, maintenance, message, notice, and support records as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect RentWell data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as fully secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information. Some rental records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or legitimate operational reasons.
