By accessing or using RentWell, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app, project pages, or support forms.
RentWell provides tools for landlords and tenants to manage rental workflows, including properties, tenant linking, rent payment records, maintenance requests, move-out notices, messages, photos, notifications, and support requests.
RentWell helps organize information, but it does not replace professional legal, financial, property management, or tenancy advice. Landlords and tenants remain responsible for complying with applicable leases, laws, deadlines, payment obligations, maintenance duties, and notice requirements.
Some RentWell features may require an active subscription or purchase. App Store purchases are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms, cancellation process, and refund rules. Entitlements may be updated, restored, or expired based on validated purchase status.
Support requests may be submitted through Project Support. Submission does not guarantee a specific response time, resolution, or outcome unless separately agreed in writing.
RentWell branding, interface content, software, and project materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.
RentWell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. Warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, rental disputes, or third-party conduct is excluded.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of RentWell after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
